I’ve never experienced anything as nerve-wracking as my first home purchase, but Sharona and her team made everything as easy as possible. I bought a recently-remodeled home on the east side, and in fact, it was so recently remodeled that the work wasn’t finished yet! That meant there were a great deal of moving parts to keep track of, and a large team of people to manage. But Sharona Alperin & Associates kept track of everything very well. They managed to get the sellers to agree to a very long list of fixes, and helped oversee those fixes getting done. They connected me with a great lender and high-quality, affordable inspectors. And even after the close of escrow, they’ve continued to help get the house in tip top shape. I’m a pretty hands-on kind of person, but if there was ever a moment where I needed help, or simply didn’t have the time to take care of something, Sharona’s team was there to handle it. Long story short, Sharona, and Ivan and Randy and the entire team there are awesome. My wife and I had been looking for the perfect house for a long time. Longer than one would normally have the patience for, but Team Sharona not only hung in there, they kept at it 100%. So much so that they found us the perfect house, and one that wasn’t even on the market yet. Their superpowers are stronger than you would think, and YOU should use them to your advantage.

The “high”point of working with you to sell my house had to be when I heard some lady flew into Los Angeles from New York to see my house in person(after seeing the photos online), made an offer above the asking price and then flew home the next day. I knew at that point something special was happening here and I most definitely chose the best realtor to sell my house.

I took the subject of selling my house very seriously. I interviewed 6 different agents to learn about what I was getting myself into by saying I wanted to my home. I listening carefully to each realtor and made some educated decisions to help prepare my house to come on the market. I then decided to call an old friend from my childhood who grew up to be quite a successful real estate agent, Sharona Alperin. When I sat down with Sharona and her team I felt completely comfortable and confident that she would do the best job for me to get the highest possible price for my house. When the time came to negotiate the selling price from the multiple offers, Sharona stepped in and we finally agreed upon a price $145,000 above the asking price with the buyer. This outcome was above and beyond my best case scenario.

Thank you! Those two little words seem so inadequate in comparison to what you and your team did for my family and me. Sharona Alperin & Associates are an exceptional and amazingly professional group of real estate agents. You not only held my hand through selling my family home, but you also found our family a perfect new home. Our new home was within our budget and needs in a safe, stellar neighborhood in the Beverlywood area. 

This was my first home purchase, and you all explained every step of the process clearly and patiently. You were patient about my wanting to keep it a pocket listing and correctly urged me to put it up for sale.  Even though I work full-time and travel, you and your team were able to stay on top of the process from preparing to show the house, and then following up on every detail-without inconveniencing me at all.

Both of you took the time to assure me, hold my hand and really listen. You made me feel like I was your only client. This of course was not the case, as you have several clients you are working with all the time.
Your team did an incredible job staging my home for show. Randy and Ivan were amazing in their attention to detail and their support. The first showing you handled everything and took charge of cleaning up afterwards. You both personally handled every call and concern. Once we had a buyer, you and your team took charge of scheduling and making sure my family was not inconvenience.

From the signing of the escrow papers, the back in forth on repairs, to the arrangement of the closing; there was not one step your team was behind on. I felt that I had a supportive circle of friends shepherding me through a difficult and emotional time.

Once the house was sold, you and your team wasted no time in finding me a new home. I could hear in every walk-through –you or someone on the team constantly referring back to my children and their likes/dislikes. How many busy real estate agents take the time to understand the family? Our happiness, and not a quick sale, was your goal. Additionally, you presented each home with all its positives, negatives and potential for resale. Both of you patiently listened to all my concerns, irrational fears and quirks about the homes.

When we did close on a home, you both were patient and tactful in the negotiations, and acted very professionally as my agent with a terrible agent representing the seller. Against a very bad agent, you never lost sight of my wishes or needs.

I have told everyone how amazing you all are and how anyone looking to sell or buy a home should use you all. I know that the next time I need to purchase a home, I will use your team –nothing can compare to the honesty, integrity, support and effectiveness of your real estate agency.
